Equipment Registry

Look up an equipment record.

Every unit enrolled in the LifeCycle Registry carries a permanent LifeCycle ID. Enter it below to open that unit's public record.

Look up by LifeCycle ID

The direct route when you have the unit's ID.

Find this on the unit's tag or QR code.

Look up by serial number

An alternate way to find your record if you don't have a LifeCycle ID.

Find this on the unit's manufacturer label. Spacing and hyphens don't matter.

Every value on this card is a placeholder. A real record shows only what has actually been recorded against that specific unit, dated — see below for exactly what that does and doesn't mean.

A close view of the identification plate moulded into the back of the monitor, printed with the model name, the manufacturer’s address, regulatory marks, and a barcode.

What a Registry record shows — and doesn't

Registry enrollment and a Registry record are not the same thing as a claim about any particular unit's current condition or status. Here is the distinction, plainly:

A record can show

  • The unit's permanent LifeCycle ID, issued once at enrollment and never reused.
  • Whatever evaluation, service, or inspection evidence has actually been recorded against that unit, with the date it was recorded and what was checked.
  • What has explicitly not been recorded — a Registry record is honest about gaps in its own evidence, not just what it has.
  • The unit's registry enrollment status.

A record does not mean

  • That the unit has been verified, inspected, or serviced, unless a dated record says so.
  • That the unit is currently listed or available — the Registry and the LifeCycle marketplace are separate systems.
  • Who currently owns the unit, its price, or any other private customer information.
  • A warranty, certification, or guarantee of any kind.

How a record connects to the rest of LifeMed

Equipment & Service

New equipment can be enrolled at purchase. ProTek service and preventive-maintenance visits add dated entries to a unit's own record as they happen.

LifeCycle marketplace

Registry and marketplace are separate systems. A unit's LifeCycle ID and record can follow it if it's ever listed for trade-in or resale — enrollment alone doesn't put it up for sale.

Readiness & Compliance

Signed in, an organization sees its enrolled units together, not one record at a time — see Readiness & Compliance.
